On the television a moment ago was Barack Obama decrying the greed of bank executives.
Funny thing: he didn’t mention the hundreds of thousands in “contributions” he received from Fannie and Freddie.
What hypocrisy.
I’ve always been of the “hold your nose and vote McCain” school. McCain just doesn’t excite as a candidate. Obama does excite me, but only in the sense that I consider him a threat to the nation’s existence.
I really don’t understand McCain’s refusal to attack Obama on his 20+ year association with Rev. Jeremiah Wright, the Jew-hating, America-hatihg, white-hating preacher who does elieve in some weird kind of black supremacy.
Where does Obama’s money come from? Some curious sources it seems.
“Mr. Good Will - who lists his employer as “Loving” and his profession as “You” - has contributed 1,000 times to the Barack Obama campaign.
All the contributions have been in amounts of $25 or less. But they add up to $17,375 - far more than the legal limit of $4,600. That’s $2,300 each for the primary and general election campaigns.”

Such ignorance also raises doubts about democracy as a means of serving the interests of a majority. Voters who lack sufficient knowledge may be manipulated by elites. They may also demand policies that contravene their own interests.”

Imagine the outrage if these children were being ruthlessly exploited in the same way by followers of McCain.
